We will create a one day Team Acceleration Event
- Select a Group of Teams at your organization that need to kickstart or adopt an Agile Approach to work.
- Schedule a "One Day Mission" event that our Consultants facilitate with your Teams.
- Meet with us a week or two ahead of the event to build out Standard Approaches to work using our Prebuilt Templates to make your guided choices.
- Bring the Teams together (physically or virtually) and let them experience a "One Day Mission".
- Teams perform, learn, and accomplish work in one day.
- You decide where to go from there.
- Defined investment, sharp implementation, short duration, high value.
- We complement and anchor the work you are doing and want to do.
- We enable all types of Teams to work in better ways, not just technical and IT Teams.
