  Agile:

• Used a One Day Mission to rapidly teach a team Agile approaches using hands on experience in a time constrained environment. Team became a "Wood Chipper" of business user requests.

Process Improvement:

• Facility began implementing recommendations from the Performance Improvement team I led and once again regained top line performance from the national ratings organizations. Went from bottom quartile back up to top quartile performance.

Management Innovation:

• Facilitated a "Possibilities Analysis" process to meet client's need for Root Cause discovery. Gave presentation at Optimize 2006 International Conference in Paris, France and was awarded "Best Presentation."  This analysis resulted in a reorg of the organization at the highest levels. 

Product Focus:

• Served as the Product Interface between the Business, IT, the Federal Government, and the customers of the Portal for an insurance company that serves Veterans.

Joint Venture:

• Served as "Glue" that brought and held teams together. Set up and administered their work item and collaboration platforms. Facilitated plant management meetings for the two sister companies that needed to share processes, platforms, and facilities.
